1. Computer Hardware: Canon and Disway seal a partnership: "Canon, a world leader in the imaging and the document management, and Disway, a leader in the distribution of computer hardware in Morocco, signed on Wednesday, the 19th of April, a partnership agreement on the Moroccan territory concerning the distribution of copier products, professional scanners, image processing solution, archiving, and workflow management. The creation of Canon Central and North Africa (CCNA) in 2015 was a strategic step that aimed at improving the Canon's activities in Africa and demonstrating that the Canon's commitment to get closer to its customers and meeting their requirements in the Moroccan and African market."


2. Al Shaya Morocco raises its capital to more than 500 million Dirham: "The Moroccan number two of products and services of big consumption in franchise launches an umpteenth recapitalization. In fact, Al Shaya Morocco (ASM), known to be the master franchisee in Morocco of several prestigious international brands, such as the American channel of Starbucks coffees, has just raised its capital to 566 million Dirham on the occasion of a recapitalization of 67 million Dirham."


3. Mobile Data Service 3G: An average rate of success connections exceeding a 98%: "The average overall success rate for voice services 2G and 3G respectively reached a 95.78% and 96.87%. For all the sites concerned during the period from the 15th of October to the 7th of November, 2016, according to the National Telecommunications Regulatory Agency (ANRT). "For the 2G voice service, the average success rate was a 96.71% in cities, a 95.78% in the highways, a 94.55% in the national roads and a 90.09% in the railways," precises the ANRT which has just published the results of the last campaign of the service quality evaluation (QoS) offered by the mobile networks (2G/3G) telecommunications operators, conducted between October and November 2016. In a statement, the ANRT indicates that for the 2G voice service, the measurements were carried out in 27 cities instead of 26 cities a year ago, the majority of highways, 21 sections of national roads as well as almost all the railways."


4. Club Med and Lacoste have commenced in Marrakech: "Marrakech was the place where Club Med and Lacoste chose to launch their unprecedented program dedicated to golf and tennis with the presence of big champions. Called "Le Month of Golf and Tennis", the event will take place in four Club Med villages. Thereby, Marrakech la Palmeraie will host this week (from 15th to 22th of April, 2017) the program before the other resorts, including Opio in Provence (France), Da Balaia (Portugal) and Vittel Golf Ermitage (France) take over."


5. The Crédit Agricole du Maroc group obtains the GCMC's CSR label: "The label of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) of the General Confederation of the Moroccan Companies has been assigned to the Crédit Agricole du Maroc group. "Following the meeting of the Committee for the assigning of the CSR Label in in the 12th of April in Casablanca, the General Confederation of the Moroccan Companies (GCMC) has granted the CSR Label to the Crédit Agricole du Maroc group," said the Confederation in a statement on Friday."
