McCann India, in partnership with L’Oréal Paris, has launched a powerful new campaign under the global Lessons of Worth initiative to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the brand’s iconic tagline, “Because You’re Worth It.” The campaign, featuring actress and global L’Oréal ambassador Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, seeks to inspire women—especially younger generations—to value their self-worth beyond the validation of likes, filters, and online approval.

Conceived and executed by McCann India, the campaign reflects the agency’s philosophy of Truth Well Told, delivering a narrative that resonates deeply in today’s hyper-digital environment. With social media shaping perceptions of beauty and self-esteem, the campaign positions self-worth as an enduring value, reminding women that “the only like that truly matters is the one you give yourself.”

“A large percentage of Indian women’s self-worth is negatively impacted by social media,” said Dario Zizzi, general manager, L’Oréal Paris India. “Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s edition of the iconic Lessons of Worth series is a powerful call for women to believe in their worth regardless of social pressures.
