1. Marrakech Hosts China-Africa Investment Forum next November: "The 2nd edition of China-Africa Investment Forum (CAIF) will be held in Marrakech on November 27 and 28, with the participation of more than 400 high-level Chinese and African economic decision-makers, for two days of conferences and business meetings. "Co-organized by the Ministry of Industry, Investment, Trade, and Digital Economy, "Jeune Afrique Media Group", and "BOAO Business Consulting," CAIF aims at fostering business meetings between the main actors in trade and investment between China and Africa to promote the creation of sustainable partnerships with high added value, especially industrial," indicates a statement from the organizers."


3. Club Med Unveils Its Strategy of Presence in Morocco: "CEO New Markets Europe and Africa Club Med, Heidi Kunkel, has unveiled, in Casablanca Friday, the strategy of presence of this world leader in high-end vacations in Morocco. Speaking at a press conference held at the initiative of Atlas Voyages, Mrs. Heidi Kunkel indicated that Club Med's Premium vision is articulated around the value strategy aiming to offer the best quality/price ratio for Premium vacations, especially for families and couples."


3. Jumia Mall and Jumia Market on One Website: "Novelty at Jumia Maroc. The subsidiary of the German group Rocket Internet announces the merger of the two entities Jumia Mall (Jumia.ma) and Jumia Market (platform that allows sellers to market their products). Henceforth, Jumia Market will be Jumia.ma. This combination will allow Jumia's customers to benefit from a single website with a wider range of products. With this decision, the Moroccan subsidiary intends to strengthen its presence and boost its pace of growth in the Kingdom by regrouping around its "flagship" brand Jumia. This merger involves very little change, adds the same source."


4. Africa IT Expo from October 27 to 29: "The IT sector now has its international rendezvous supported by Apebi: AITEX, international fair. While the implantation of new information technologies into the economy becomes more and more indispensable, Morocco wants to be the spearhead of this digital revolution by collaborating in the technological future of the continent."


5. SIB, a Subsidiary of Attijariwafa Bank, Wins the Prize of Excellence of the Best Financial Institution: "Société Ivoirienne de Banque (SIB), a subsidiary of Attijariwafa Bank, has won the prize of the best institution in the financial sector in Ivory Coast, during the National Day of Excellence held in Abidjan on Friday, in the presence of the Ivorian president, Alassane Dramane Ouattara, it was learned from SIB. According to the National Committee of the Day of Excellence, chaired by Prime Minister Amadou Gon Coulibaly, many criteria favored the choice of SIB, namely job creation, regular board meetings, evolution in net income, commitment to quality assurance, corporate social responsibility, credit to the economy, and quality of the portfolio."
