1. AfDB Approves a 25 Million Dollar Loan for Morocco: ""Morocco has received the approval of a 25 million Dollar loan of the Clean Technology Fund of the Climate Investment Funds (CIF CTF) for a project aimed at generating solar energy through a concentrated solar energy hybrid solution (CSP) and photovoltaic (PV)," reads a statement released on Monday, July 3. The phase 2 concentrated solar energy project of Midelt is supported by the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the World Bank with an additional allocation of 25 million US Dollars in the resources of the Climate Investment Fund."

The Mediterranean Press Agencies in Conclave in Agadir: "The 26th General Assembly of the Alliance of Mediterranean Press Agencies (AMAN) opened in Agadir on Tuesday with the holding of a seminar on the mutations of the press agencies facing the challenges of social networks. Opening the proceedings of this two-day conclave held in the presence of the Directors-General and representatives of the various agencies around the Mediterranean, the Director General of MAP, Mr. Khalil Hachimi Idrissi, indicated that this rendezvous is articulated, as usual, around the works of GA which begin on Wednesday, and a debate that around the changes that are taking place this year, with acuity, in press agencies in a universe marked by the digital revolution and the explosion of the information offer."
4. Tetouan: Creation of 312 Companies with an Investment of 38 Million Dirhams: "A total of 312 enterprises have been created at the level of the province of Tetouan and the prefecture of M'diq-Fnideq at the end of last June of an overall investment of 38 million Dirhams (MDH), according to the Investment Center (CI) of Tetouan. The enterprises created by women account for 15% of the total number of entities created during this period, against 10% in the 1st half of 2016, while structures managed by foreigners represent only 3% of the total."
5. Salé Will House the New Faurecia Plant: "The inauguration of the new Faurecia plant in Salé will take place on Thursday, July 13, 2017. Patrick Koller, the Managing Director Faurecia Group, will be present at the official ceremony to explain the strategy of the French group of engineering and production of automotive equipment in Morocco. The inauguration, which will take place in the Free Zone of Technopolis, consecrates Morocco as a strategic region for the world automotive industry in general and for Faurecia in particular, according to Challenge website. This factory will specialize in the manufacturing of seat covers, with a capacity of 200,000 headgears per month, for Renault Mégane and Volkswagen Polo."
