1. SNTL invests in its first photovoltaic power plant: "Less than a year after committing to sustainable development on the sidelines of the Medcop Climat held in Tangier in July 2016, SNTL (National Transport and Logistics Company) goes on the offensive in terms of energy efficiency. In fact, this leading public group of logistics and freight transport in Morocco is preparing to equip its refrigerated warehouses integrated with the logistics platform of Mohammedia-Zenata with photovoltaic panels with a capacity of nearly 1 MW."


2. Ivory Coast: Attijariwafa bank solicited for the creation of two investment funds: "The investment bank of the Moroccan group Attijariwafa Bank will help Ivory Coast to develop two investment funds to finance its tourism sector. The announcement was made by the Ivorian tourism minister Siandou Fofana during a meeting of the Club Africa Development organized on Thursday, April 20, 2017. The first of these funds is a "private investment fund dedicated to the tourism and hotel sector". According to the Ivorian minister of tourism, this fund will aim at consolidating the financing of the tourism sector by pooling several private actors to finance large-scale tourism projects with significant profitability."


3. A young Moroccan company tackles the frozen green tea market: "The Moroccan tea reinvented by Kaya Tea. In fact, the founders of the company explain that it is a drink inspired by the culture and the ancestral heritage of Morocco. Since the Moroccan tea is internationally recognized by its unique flavor and many who visit Morocco remain nostalgic for its tea. The company aims at bringing to the world "the purity, elegance and benefits of the Moroccan tea". The management of the company ensures that the product does not contain any coloring or preservative."


4. Signing at Versailles of a decentralized cooperation agreement between territorial authorities of the province of Oued Eddahab and the department of Yvelines: "A framework convention on decentralized cooperation was signed in Versailles (Paris region) on Wednesday evening between the province of Oued Eddahab and the commune of Dakhla, on the one hand, and the department of Yvelines and the commune of Saint-Germain-en-Laye on the other hand."


5. The registrations to the 8th Morocco Awards are open: "It's time for a new edition of the Morocco Awards. The registrations for this eighth annual competition which rewards the most dynamic and performing Moroccan brands started on April 26. The candidates have until next June 30 to process their files on the website dedicated to this operation. This was stated by the President of the Moroccan Industrial and Commercial Property Office (OMPIC) Adil El Maliki at the launching of the competition in Casablanca the day before yesterday."
