Coca-Cola has unveiled its new Olympic and Paralympic Games campaign in Canada, reaffirming its long-standing partnership with the global sporting event. Centered around the theme “Refresh Like a Champion”, the initiative aims to celebrate athletic excellence while uniting Canadians in moments of joy, pride, and collective support.
The campaign highlights Team Coca-Cola, a group of high-profile Canadian athletes across both Olympic and Paralympic disciplines. The roster includes hockey star Connor McDavid, freestyle skiing champion Mikael Kingsbury, Olympic hockey standout Natalie Spooner, speed skating medalist Jordan Pierre-Gilles, bobsleigh pilot Cynthia Appiah, and para ice hockey athlete Tyler McGregor. Each ambassador will take part in promotional events, digital storytelling, and community engagement activities across the country.
Set to officially launch 100 days before the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Games, the campaign will begin with social media activations and athlete-focused content, followed by in-store experiences and larger-scale brand engagements in the new year. Coca-Cola will also spotlight products across its beverage portfolio, including Coca-Cola, Powerade, BodyArmor, FUZE and smartwater, emphasizing variety in hydration, refreshment, and performance support.
The company intends for the campaign to extend beyond traditional advertising, aiming instead to foster a sense of shared national anticipation. By celebrating athletes who embody dedication and resilience, Coca-Cola hopes to inspire everyday Canadians to connect emotionally with the Games—whether cheering from homes, local rinks, or gathering places across the country.
As excitement builds ahead of Milano Cortina 2026, Coca-Cola’s message remains consistent: sport has the power to bring people together, and celebration is sweeter when shared.
