Jumia Maroc Announces the Merger of Jumia Mall and Jumia Market: “Jumia Maroc, the subsidiary of the German group Rocket Internet, has just announced the merger of the two entities Jumia Mall (Jumia.ma) and Jumia Market (platform that allows sellers to market their products). Indeed, this is a new change that will allow customers to the Moroccan subsidiary to benefit from a single platform bringing together a wider range of products. "Through this decision, the Group intends to strengthen its presence and boost its growth rate in Morocco by regrouping around its flagship brand Jumia. This merger involves very little change,” announced the group in a statement.”

Signing of a New Partnership Agreement Between Renault Morocco and Ittihad Riadhi of Tangier: "The French automaker Renault has just announced through its Moroccan subsidiary Renault Morocco the signing of a new partnership agreement with Club Ittihad Riadhi of Tangier (IRT). The sponsorship agreement signed at the Renault plant in Tangier extends over a period of three years and covers an envelope of 10.5 million Dirhams, i.e. 3.5 million per year. This agreement, which is part of the strategy to strengthen the territorial anchorage of Renault group in the Northern region, aims to "contribute to the development of the Tangier club and the football ecosystem," indicated a statement of the group.”
