1. The African Development Bank Lends Morocco 200 Million Dollars: "About two billion Dirhams is the amount of the loan granted by the African Development Bank (AfDB) in Morocco to finance the first phase of the first program to support the acceleration of industrialization in Morocco following an agreement signed in Abidjan on July 14, according to a statement from the institution."


2. ONCF: Turnover of 3.7 Billion Dirhams in 2016: "The National Office of Railways (ONCF) has announced that it had realized, during the year 2016, an operating profit of 223 million Dirhams (MDH), a 31% progress. Indeed, the financial and management aggregates of the Office have exceeded the budget estimates, with a turnover of 3.7 billion Dirhams (MMDH) (+1%), an added value of 2.5 MMDH (+3%), and self-financing capacity of 673 MDH (+5.8%), reveals the Office in a statement released after its Board of Directors, held in Rabat on Friday, under the presidency of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Logistics, and Water, Abdelkader Amara."


3. BCP Group and IFC Move to Higher Gear: "The Banque Centrale Populaire group (BCP) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), in Casablanca, on Friday, to consolidate their partnership over the long term, reaffirming their full cooperation regarding the development of economy and social progress in Morocco and sub-Saharan Africa."


4. CGEM and the Argentinian Senate Sign a Memorandum of Understanding: "The memorandum was signed between the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM) and the Senate of the Republic of Argentina in Casablanca on Friday, July 14. The latter concerns the reinforcement of economic cooperation between the two countries in several fields."


5. Bosch Group Is Surfing the African Wave: "The German specialist of technology and services, Robert Bosch, sets its objectives on Morocco and all of Africa. Markets deemed to have strong growth potential. The Group's interest in the Moroccan market was translated last January by the passage of a representative office in Casablanca to a local subsidiary named Robert Bosch Morocco. The Group's African growth strategy has started in 2012 with the creation of the Casablanca office. Since then, Bosch has established physical presence in no less than 10 countries with the prospect of "significant" development in the coming years."
