1. BCP Finalizes the Acquisition of BIH-Niger and Becomes the Country's 1st Banking Group: "As part of its international development strategy and the strengthening of its African network, the Moroccan group Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP) announces the finalization of the control's acquisition of the International Bank for Africa in Niger (BIA-Niger), the country's second largest banking institution. This new acquisition enables BCP group to become the leading banking group in Niger."


2. Dubai Al Kabida Plans to Invest in Morocco: "The Head of Government Saad-Eddine El Othmani held talks, in Rabat, on Tuesday, with representatives of "Dubai Al Kabida" on ways to mark the ground for the investments of this Emirati holding in Morocco.
