1. The Government commits to continue the reform in the democratic and institutional education and to achieve an economic growth rate between 1.5 and 5.5% by 2021: "The government program is organized around 5 axes, the first concerns the support of democratic choice, principles of the rule of right and the law and the consecration of advanced regionalization. The second axis concerns the strengthening of transparency values, the reform of the administration and the consecration of good governance, while the third focuses on the development of the economic model, the promotion of employment and sustainable development. The fourth axis concerns the strengthening of human development and social and spatial cohesion, while the fifth focuses on strengthening Morocco's international reputation at the service of its causes in the world."


2. Casablanca without pharmacies on duty until next Monday: "The strike decreed by the union of pharmacy pharmacists of the Wilaya of Grand Casablanca has continued since last Monday. Wearing red armbands and not guarding beyond midnight, Casablanca pharmacists seem determined to continue their protests until the end of the current week. The pharmacies of Casablanca city are not at their first disengagement. In fact, a general strike was organized in the 7th of March with the participation of some 1,200 pharmacists."


3. The Crédit Agricole du Maroc Group launches the digital relay: "A new concept of interactive proximity agencies called "Relais Digital" was launched, in Meknes on Wednesday, by the Crédit Agricole du Maroc Group (GCAM), as part of the 12th International Fair of Agriculture in Morocco (SIAM). It is a point of sale equipped with automatons at the cutting edge of technology offering a wide range of services while maintaining visual contact between the client and their customer manager, offering a wide range of services, including withdrawal or payment of Cash, deposit or check cashing, money transfer, bill payment, opening of account, initiation of credit application or simple request of information."


4. The new ministers have a period of 90 days to declare their patrimony: "The new top Moroccan officials, subject to the declaration of the patrimony and freshly appointed or elected to their positions, have a period of 90 days to submit their files to the Court of Auditors. In force in the Kingdom since the 15th of February 2010, this practice had been consolidated by the 2011 Constitution. By stipulating in its 158th article that "any person, whether elected or appointed, assuming a public office shall, in accordance with the procedures laid down by law, make a written declaration of the property and assets held by him directly or indirectly on taking up his duties, in the course of its activity and at the end of its existence," the Basic Law has sought to strengthen the transparency and morality of the management of public affairs."


5.
