Sonangol cancels an international call for tender for the allocation of eight oil tanks: "In Angola, the State's corporation in charge of the exploitation of hydrocarbons has just canceled a call for tender related to the allocation of eight blocks of oil. "The new economic realities, marked by the fall in oil prices and the deterioration of the financial situation of sector actors, do not promote the profitability of the call for tender," justified Sonangol in a statement.
