AL BAYANE:
PLF 2017: The financial purpose urge: "After its inauguration on Wednesday, April 26, by the House of Representatives, the government begins working on the priorities to catch up on the lost time. In fact, twenty-four hours later, the Draft Legislation is brought back to the front of stage by its presentation in front of the legislative institution by the Minister of Economy and Finance Mohamed Bousaid. Thereby, the committee in charge should approve it in order to set the stage for the examination of the sector budgets and the voting in plenary by the members of the House of Representatives. A whole marathon is in sight. In the presentation of the 2017 Finance Laws, the Budget expects growth of 4.5%, of which 3.5% is non-agricultural. In addition, the inflation is expected at 1.7% while the budget deficit is forecast at 3%. These figures could be revised upwards in conjunction with the crop year, bearing in mind that the Draft Budget of 2017 was based on the hypothesis of a harvest of 70 million quintals of cereals and an average price of butane gas at 350 Dollars."
Moroccan Sahara: The UNO is doing justice to Morocco: "A new resolution on the Moroccan Sahara had to be voted by the fifteen members of the UNO Security Council on Friday. In this new resolution, novelties have been introduced, framings have been made and the Moroccan approach has been widely stressed. Furthermore, all the maneuvers of the enemies of the territorial integrity of Morocco were rejected, including a possible extension of MINURSO's human rights mandate. Much more, Algeria was pointed at, not as a neighboring country, and called to collaborate like Mauritania in the elaboration of a political solution, but the neighbor of the east was cited and invoked as a "sponsor" and a silent partner of the separatists. Thereby, the UN body clearly calls on Algeria to work together to find a political solution to this conflict in order to ensure the stability of the region. About that, the presence of a phantom entity in the area and its connections with all types of trafficking and terrorism seriously threatens the stability of the region. That is why the UN calls on the Maghreb States to work together to find a political solution to this conflict. In fact, this formula of "political solution" was a leitmotiv in the UN report for there is no other way out except for a political solution."

LIBERATION:
Driss Lachguar: Being in a majority does not mean erasing the specificities of the parties that compose it: "Driss Lachguar has answered the questions particularly related to the Rose party and his participation in the government. Concerning the latter, he has assured that this participation was a vital necessity to defend the progressive and democratic societal project. According to him, the State is more progressive than society "which has been taken over by conservative and retrogressive and even reactionary forces." "Our challenge," he added, "is to be able to act on a society which has been the subject of a seizure by these forces," pointing out that the USFP had no choice but to be at the heart of a society project that fits their vision. He adds: "We can only do it from within the institutions"."
Morocco and UNHCR help the Syrian refugees abandoned by Algeria: "Is this the beginning of the end of the crisis of the Syrian refugees blocked since the current April 18 on the border Moroccan-Algerian? Yes, if one takes into account the fact that the Kingdom has agreed to examine the asylum claims files of some of them. "We managed to have an agreement with the Moroccan government to admit a group of these Syrians so that they have the right to asylum. "The priority will be given to those whose families are settled in Morocco," told us Malgorzata Bratkrajc, in charge of the external relations with UNHCR Morocco. In addition, to clarify, this decision was taken on Thursday and that its implementation has not yet been fixed."

LE MATIN DU SAHARA:
Communication meeting in Rabat with civil society organizations: Abdelkrim Benatiq: ""Algeria must assume its responsibility for the Syrian refugees who are on its territory", Abdelkrim Benatiq, the deputy Minister to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of the Moroccans residing abroad and migration affairs, referred to the case of the 54 Syrian nationals who had attempted, between 17 and 19 April, to illegally enter Morocco from Algerian soil. In this register, the Minister delegate was very clear by pointing out that these people are on the Algerian territory and not on the border with Morocco. Speaking at a communication meeting with the civil society associations and organizations on the situation of the Syrian migrants in the Moroccan-Algerian border area, the Minister stressed in this connection the joint and collective responsibility of the international community for the Syrian refugees, as well as that of Algeria, as long as the latter is a partner in this matter. Mr. Benatiq urged Algeria and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to assume responsibility for the Syrian refugees in Algeria and to ensure the protection of these Syrians and to provide them with the necessary humanitarian aid."
