The strategic study practically completed: The bakers-pastry cooks will be able to enter the program contract: "The bakers-pastry cooks are probably at the end of their struggle. The highly anticipated strategic study on the sector begun in 2015 is almost complete. A meeting between the profession and the Department of Agriculture is scheduled this week to validate the content. 2017 Budget: The House of Representatives adopts by majority vote the Finance Bill (PLF): "The House of Representatives adopted, on Friday evening in plenary by a majority of votes, the Finance bill of the 2017 year. The text was adopted by 194 votes for, 56 against, and 39 abstentions. The Finance Bill mobilized 190 billion Dirhams to make public investments, including a budget of 63.6 billion Dirhams destined to the Administration. It foresees the continuation of the dynamics of public investment, including those related to sector strategies, by allocating 8.9 billion Dirhams to the Green Morocco Plan, 3.7 billion Dirham to the industrial acceleration plan, and 11.7 billion Dirhams to renewable energies. The PLF also emphasizes the need to support the implementation of major projects by allocating an envelope of 1.2 billion Dirhams to highways, 6 billion Dirhams to the railways, 1.5 billion Dirhams to airports, and about 20 billion Dirhams to ports."

The Government accepts 60 amendments out of the 154 presented by the deputies of the majority and the opposition: "The PLF passes the first Chamber: "The MPs have just validated the 2017 Finance bill (PLF 2017). It was at a plenary meeting last Friday that the House of Representatives adopted the PLF 2017 by a majority of votes. In detail, the text was approved by 194 votes for, while 56 MPs voted against it. The voting session was also marked by 39 abstentions."
The sector is destined to host new medical projects: Nearly 500 MDH for health in Al-Hoceima: "Like Tangiers and Tetouan, Al Hoceima has benefited from an ambitious Royal program of urban development, called "Al-Hoceima, Manarat Al Moutawassit" which has made the improvement of the province's health situation one of its top priorities.
