While Denouncing an Eminently Political Decision, the Government Categorically Rejects the Decision of the South African Court to Refer the Case of the Vessel "Cherry Blossom" to the Merits: ""The Government expresses its categorical rejection of the decision of the South African Court to refer the case of the vessel "Cherry Blossom" to the merits and considers this decision to be highly political and a serious abuse of power," indicates yesterday Mustapha El Khalfi, the Deputy Minister in charge of Relations with Parliament and Civil Society, spokesperson of the government.
