2nd Consultation Forum of Civil Society Associations of Moroccans of the World: "The government is counting on young MREs (Moroccans residing abroad) to strengthen the diaspora's involvement in the development efforts of the Kingdom: "The Deputy Minister in charge of Moroccans residing abroad and the affairs of migration, Abdelkrim Benatiq, has called, in Rabat, on Wednesday, for the adoption of a new vision to accompany young MREs, considered as "true human capital for the Kingdom." Introducing this bill, the Secretary of State for Foreign Trade, Rkia Derham, stressed that the amendments made concern additional tasks entrusted to this agency to ensure the harmonization of the various public projects related to the field of new technologies in a context marked by the deployment of advanced regionalization. Thereby, articles have been introduced on, inter alia, financial organization and post-audit control. The Agency will be in charge of putting in place integrated approaches in the field of digital development in Morocco, implementing the State's strategies in this area, and promoting the dissemination of digital tools and their use among citizens."
