Saving-Investment: Gap of 110 Billion Dirhams: "Morocco is an investment champion with an average of 34% of GDP committed over the last ten years. However, it lacks resources to finance the economy. After adjusting their spending, households, enterprises, and administrations had an income of 293 billion Dirhams (+2.8% over one year), or 28.8% of GDP. Domestic savings amounted to 22.8% of GDP at the end of 2016, in decline of 0.4 percentage points year on year. This ratio should continue its decline this year and in 2018 according to forecasts of the High Commission of Planning (HCP). In contrast, the investment accelerated by 10% to reach 336 billion Dirhams."
Public Prosecutor's Office: Recommendations of CNDH: "The National Council of Human Rights (CNDH) delivers its opinion on the reform of the public prosecutor's office. The relationship of this judicial institution with the executive should be better defined.
