They all draw the same negative conclusion: The educational system no longer fulfills its role in terms of training and supervision. The National Prior Learning Assessment Program (NELP), after pointing out the inadequacies of the pupils in Arabic, French and mathematics, has highlighted the inadequacy of the socio-educational environment for learning. A study conducted by the PNEA shows that a 15% of students report smoking tobacco, a 13% use drugs within the institution and a 10% consume alcohol. The study also shows that a 23% of students lack discipline within the classroom and a 22% do not respect the cleanliness and safeguarding of school spaces. Worse still, more than half of the students (56%) have a negative or mitigated perception of the security climate in their schools," tells us the study."

LIBERATION :
Local Authorities, Health and Education opens the ball of the social grumbling: "The social climate is likely to be hot in the coming weeks. Two calls for strike action and a march were launched by labor unions in the local government sector, health and education. Thereby, a disengagement is scheduled today in the local communities at the call of the UMT. Their staff demands a wage increase indexed to the Consumer Price Index and the cancellation of the reform of the pension system, as well as the withdrawal of the draft organic law regulating the right of strike."

AL BAYANE :
Hooliganism, the Ultras and the state of the seats: "Hooliganism apparently has a tough skin. That is what we have proved, once again, the events that took place at the Grand Stadium of Marrakech during the match between the Raja de Casablanca and the Kawkab in Marrakech, which ended with a white draw. It must be said that the aberration derives from the fact that they are the two Ultras of the green team, the Eagles and the Green Boys in this case, which are the cause. What could we expect? Or more precisely, towards which wall the Raja supporters lead their team, that has - or had - all its chances in the race for the title! Now, and as usual, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation will act to penalize the Club. A fine exploit of the members of these Ultras that, instead of contributing fully to help their team through their presence as 12th player in the remaining matches, were satisfied, at a crucial stage of the Botola, to tear off the seats of the bleachers and to spoil a field that had seen them share their joy with the whole Moroccan people during the Club World Cup."

Amnesty International: 1032 people executed in 2016! : "Amnesty International delivered on Wednesday, the 12th of April, its global report on death sentences and executions worldwide. In fact, 1,032 executions worldwide were recorded in the year 2016 in 23 countries, with a slight decline of 37 per cent from the year 2015, which recorded 1634 executions in 25 countries around the world. According to the report presented by Mohamed Sektaoui, the General Manager of the Moroccan section of Amnesty-Morocco, in Rabat in front of the press Rabat, the countries of Iran, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Pakistan with China are the top five countries with the highest number of convictions. According to the figures presented in the report, Egypt is in sixth place. Thereby, the countries of the Middle East and North Africa account for 83 per cent of the total number of executions worldwide."

Press releases on the aspirations of the Moroccan youth: Plantu launches "Tsawar M3aya": "The exhibition" Tsawar M3aya "or" Draw with me/Imagine with me", scheduled to take place at the French Institute of Rabat, from the 12th to the 25th of April, is intended as a pedagogical project of "graphic conversations" based on the drawing of the press and the caricature, to relate to the aspirations of youth in Morocco," said Plantu, the cartoonist at the newspaper + Le Monde + and president of Cartooning for peace."

Les Inspirations Eco:

Morocco-EU Joint Parliamentary Committee: The partnership under the microscope: "The Morocco-European Union Joint Parliamentary Committee will hold its 8th annual meeting in Rabat in the 18th and 19th of April. Safe challenges, anti-terrorist struggle, the issue of migration and the subject of mobility, but also the situation concerning the agriculture agreement and the Comprehensive and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement will be at the heart of the discussions."

RANKING: Morocco, safe country in the MENA region: "Morocco is one of the countries where security and politics are "low risk" for free exchange and companies. This is the observation that has just prepared Contrai Risks in its 2017 delivery on the security and political risks in the world. The British cabinet has chosen as its theme, this year, globalization and free trade, with the following question: How can companies adapt and prosper in these changing times? And in the "RiskMap2017", Morocco is well positioned. The kingdom is indeed the safest country in terms of free politic exchange and security in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)region."

Alpha Condé, guest star of the Assises of agriculture and SIAM: "The President of the Republic of Guinea, Alpha Condé, will be the distinguished guest of the forthcoming Agricultural Forum to be held in Meknès, in the 17th of April. Meknes will also host on the occasion of these two events some fifteen ministers of agriculture from different continents, including the Italian Minister for Agricultural Policies, Food and forestry Maurizio Martina, Italy being the guest of honor of SIAM 2017."
