Governmental program: Big disappointment in the economic communities: "Had the mountain given birth to a mouse? The governmental program is not new, according to the economists we interviewed. Other economists contacted by us for warmly commenting on this program have showed no motivation to lend themselves to exercise. The disappointment is also great in business communities. Sources within the employers expected a clear break, if only to make up for the lost time and restore confidence. While the control of the budget deficit at a 3% of the GDP and inflation at less than 2% seem to be within reach, nothing is certain, on the other hand, for the growth of the economic activity, which always depends on rainfall. But much more is needed to create jobs and reduce unemployment, especially when the rate of the latter is to be reduced to an 8.5%. According to the latest IMF forecasts, the IMF would be well ahead."

Governmental program: A positive and ambitious approach: "The governmental program, the result of a collective and joint work of the components of the governmental majority and the various ministerial departments, was finally presented, on Wednesday, the 19th of April, in front of both Houses of Parliament, in accordance with Article 88 of the Constitution. This program is based on a positive and ambitious approach. In the political register, the government is committed to the consolidating of the rule of law, the democratic choice, the adoption of an integrated policy in the field of human rights and social justice, the healthy and democratic realization of the provisions of the Constitution of July 2011, and the pursuit of reforms launched and advanced regionalization. On the economic side, with supporting figures, the government aims at achieving an economic growth rate between 4.5 and 5.5% and controling the budget deficit at a 3% of the GDP by 2021."
