This December, Pepsi MAX is inviting fans to take a break from the chaos of the holiday season with a frosty twist on festive fun. The brand has announced the launch of its “Put It On Ice Bar”, an immersive sub-zero pop-up experience designed to help visitors escape the endless to-do lists and rediscover the joy of Christmas.

Running from 11–13 December 2025 at Westfield Square, White City, the ice bar forms part of Pepsi MAX’s wider Christmas campaign, “It Can Wait, It’s Christmas After All.” The concept is simple yet refreshing: step away from the stress, embrace play, and let the rest of life’s worries — from work emails to shopping lists — stay frozen for a while.

A chilled-out antidote to festive frenzy

Visitors lucky enough to secure a ticket will be welcomed into a winter wonderland of games, cocktails, and photo-worthy moments. Inside, guests can enjoy Pepsi MAX-inspired cocktails and mocktails, including the “Glacier Zest,” “Polar Truffle,” and “Hot Honey Fizz,” alongside the brand’s newest seasonal flavour.

For those feeling competitive, the Pepsi Pong table will offer a chance to battle it out for limited-edition Christmas merchandise — from cozy sweater vests to novelty socks. Meanwhile, content creators can head to the Ice Photo Wall, where they can snap frosty, feed-worthy shots to show off their escape from the grind.

But perhaps the coolest element of the experience? Pepsi MAX is helping visitors tick off their Christmas shopping lists — literally. Lucky guests who pre-book their slot online will be treated to a special surprise: while they relax and enjoy the festivities, Pepsi’s “little helpers” will handle some of their shopping for free.
